Reminder: Complete the Employee Value Proposition Survey
U of A employees still have time to participate in the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) Survey before it closes on May 16. University employees were emailed the survey on May 1 to either their @uark.edu or @uada.edu email address.
The survey is part of an ongoing initiative to better understand what makes the university a great place to work and where there are opportunities to improve. The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete and is open to all active employees. Feedback collected will help shape the university's EVP, which defines the unique value the university offers in exchange for the talent, contributions and commitment of its employees.
Key details:
- One Response Per Employee: Each employee may complete the survey one time using their @uark.edu or @uada.edu email.
- Time Commitment: The survey will take about 20 minutes to complete.
- Availability: The EVP survey will close on May 16.
- Confidentiality: While responses are not anonymous to support data analysis, all response data will be shared only in aggregate. No individual responses connected to an employee will be reported.
- Impact: Feedback will help shape initiatives related to the university's strategy of enhancing its status as an employer of choice, leveraging data about what sets the U of A apart and opportunities for improvement.
A separate employee engagement survey focused on workplace culture and engagement will launch in the fall semester.
