Registered Student Organizations (RSOs) at the U of A must complete the annual re-registration process in HogSync by Wednesday, May 1, at 11:55 p.m. to maintain active status and benefits beyond June 30, 2025

There will be no summer re-registration window offered in May, June, July or August. RSOs that fail to meet the deadline will lose access to RSO benefits, including the ability to participate in major campus events like HillFest 2025

Re-registration ensures accurate university records for over 450 active RSOs and must be initiated by the president or treasurer listed in HogSync. To begin, presidents or treasurers should log in to HogSync and click the blue "Re-Register" button. Before starting, RSOs should prepare the following required materials:

  • Current RSO constitution

  • Purpose statement or description

  • RSO logo

  • List of officers and advisers (including UARK email addresses), featuring at minimum: president, treasurer, adviser and six general members

Additional required steps include:

  • Adviser Certification Form: Must be completed by the adviser, who must also be listed in the HogSync roster. Students are responsible for directing advisers to the form, as no automatic notification is sent.

  • Position Confirmations: The president, treasurer and adviser must accept their roles in HogSync before the submission is reviewed.

After these steps are completed, the RSO team will review and approve the RSO's re-registration.

Questions can be directed to the rso@uark.edu.
