Speech and Debate Success at University of Central Arkansas

This weekend, the Speech and Debate Society traveled down to Conway to compete in the End of Hi-Bear-Nation Tournament at the University of Central Arkansas. The team brought 14 students across five divisions — team, novice, junior varsity, varsity and professional.

Of those 14, five broke into the next level of competition.

Varsity First Place Speaker — Austin Keefe

The Speech and Debate Society will also be competing in Union University's online tournament next weekend and is gearing up for nationals at the beginning of April.
