Parent & Caregiver ERG Hosts 'Be Restored' Workshops

The Parent & Caregiver Employee Resource Group (ERG) will offer a new in-person training series focused on preventing burnout and fostering well-being.

In partnership with Be Restored, a local nonprofit specializing in personal development, these free sessions provide practical strategies to navigate stress, grief and self-awareness. Learn more about Be Restored.

Open to all employees, each session will cover an essential topic:

  • Compassion Fatigue
    Thursday, Feb. 27, 9-11 a.m. — Arkansas Union 510-511

  • Grief
    Friday, April 11, 9-11 a.m. — Arkansas Union 310

  • Self-Awareness Through the Enneagram
    Thursday, May 15, 9-11 a.m. — Pat Walker Health 1117

These interactive workshops offer valuable tools to help employees balance caregiving responsibilities while maintaining personal and professional well-being. Space is limited — pcerg registration form.
