The Russian Bliny, Pancakes Making
Anna Fielder

The Russian program and the Russian-Eurasian Student Organization will teach you how to make the bliny - which are thin pancakes - in anticipation of the pagan holiday Maslenitsa, which celebrates the end of winter and start of spring.

The event will take place from 4-5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7, in the Humphreys dormitory's Kitchen on the first floor. Someone will let you into the building if you enter it from the main entrance. You will learn how to make these pancakes, and about other events organized by the Russian -Eurasian Student Organization and the Russian program's classes.

To participate, register via HogSync.
