Join a Time-Restricted Feeding Study

The Department of Food Science and the Center for Human Nutrition at the U of A are recruiting adults aged 23 to 65 to participate in a nutrition study on time-restricted eating (eating within an eight-hour window and fasting for 16 hours daily).

The study lasts up to 14 weeks and requires 11 to 12 visits to the U of A and the Center for Human Nutrition. It includes assessments of sleep, mood, diet and other aspects of health.
