Tech Support Simplified: New Help Bot for Quick Solutions to Tech Questions
As of noon today, the university community can access Help Bot, an artificial intelligence conversational chatbot located on the IT Help Portal. Help Bot aims to provide quick and easily accessible tech support to campus by offering instant assistance, answers to common tech questions and connecting you to live IT support.
Help Bot can be utilized for assistance with a variety of topics such as university software, systems, services, accounts and more. The chatbot can provide solutions and answers questions relating to:

With features for basic question-and-answer and advanced automated support, Help Bot simplifies the troubleshooting process and provides step-by-step answers to common issues.
The IT Help Desk operates Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to midnight and weekends from 11 a.m. to midnight. Support staff are available to help with more complex issues via online chat or phone at 479-575-2905.
