Scott Osborn, U of A professor of biological and agricultural engineering, is retiring from the department after 23 years of service.

Osborn joined the university in December of 2001, working all 23 years in the Biological and Agricultural Engineering Department. He has had a profound positive impact on the department and the students throughout his years of service.

Students, colleagues and alums are invited to join the department to celebrate his career and congratulate him on his retirement at the U of A Alumni House from 3-5 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24.

The retirement celebration will have light refreshments and be a come-and-go event, with remarks beginning at 3:30 p.m.
