Participation in the MOVITE Conference
Institute members showcased their dedication to research and professional growth by attending the MOVITE (Missouri Valley Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers) Conference in Manhattan, Kansas, in mid-October. Graduate student Pratik Pokharel presented two posters on the topics of the relationship between driver demographics, driving habits and traffic safety campaigns, including insights from a Razorback Transit survey. This event provided a valuable platform for students to share their work and engage with industry professionals and peers.
The institute's student chapter is committed to fostering a dynamic learning environment that connects students with industry leaders and enhances their academic and professional development.
