Join Bridge Arkansas for Speed Debating This Thursday
Speed Debating with the BridgeArkansas RSO is a fast-paced way for students to discuss dozens of political issues — from immigration laws to the 2024 presidential race — with dozens of students. For each topic, students will have two minutes to "speed debate" with a partner. Topics and partners will change every round, and the goal is to get quick exposure to new ideas.
The event will be at 5:15 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 26, in the Graduate Education Building, room 113, and all majors are welcome to attend. BrideUSA's goal is to create a sound space for civic discourse, and that cannot be done without a variety of viewpoints!
BridgeUSA is a national, non-partisan student organization with 38 chapters across the country. Students who are interested in attending should follow @bridgeuofa on Instagram or check out the HogSync page.
