Workday's Latest Enhancements Increase User Efficiency

Following a recent software release, several improvements have been made to business processes and user workflows within Workday, offering a more streamlined user experience. This update introduces several significant changes, including enhanced back-office functionality and an upgraded search function, all aimed at optimizing user efficiency. 

RELEASE HIGHLIGHTS 

  • AI Enhanced Search:  Workday's new AI-enhanced search feature makes it easier and faster to find tasks. With this update, "Top Results" will display the most relevant and personalized information based on the search. The AI powered Workday Assistant Summary will quickly answer commonly searched questions. To enable this "Simplified Search" feature, toggle the switch above the search results

  • Related Actions: The home page, along with several buttons, has been given a new look, enhancing visibility and making pertinent information and functions more prominent and accessible.
