What can we learn about your nutrition knowledge and eating habits? Researchers at the U of A are inviting adults between 18-29 years of age to take a brief and anonymous survey about the extent of their existing nutritional knowledge as well as an assessment of risk levels related to eating patterns and body image.

If you choose to complete the survey, you have the option of being entered in a drawing to win one out of five $50 Walmart gift cards offered to participants. Please share this to support our research!

Go to the survey form.
