Program Allocations Board First Meeting and Student At-Large Board Member Application

The Program Allocations Board's first meeting of the 2024-25 school year is slated for 5:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20, in Arkansas Union room 512. This meeting is open to all students to attend.

The Program Allocations Board is a group of students consisting of the following campus positions:

  • Associated Student Government President Mason Berres (chair, non-voting)

  • Associated Student Government Vice President Aleesa Williams

  • Associated Student Government Treasurer Rhea Patel

  • Volunteer Action Center President Gavin Miller

  • Distinguished Lectures Committee Chair Grant Calvert

  • Cardinal Nights Executive Director Hadley Adkison

  • Headliners Concert Committee Chair Brylan

  • SOOIE President Karina Wickham

  • University Programs President Kylee Bard

  • Student At Large (vacant)

  • Associated Student Government Chair of Senate Logan Martin (non-voting)

The Program Allocations Board meets regularly to allocate the student activity fee to fund various programs and events administered by the programs connected to the board. This process starts with a primary funding round at the end of the academic year to set the budget for each organization represented. Throughout the year, organizations can propose budgets to the board to request supplemental funding throughout the year. The Sept. 20 meeting is the first introduction meeting. There will be no allocation of supplemental funding for this meeting.

The Program Allocations Board is currently looking for an undergraduate student to fill the vacant Student At Large Board Member position. This student will be paramount in ensuring fair and just allocation of student activity fee money. Students who are interested in applying can find the application on the ASG Hogsync Page or by this link. The application is open until Sept. 18 at 11:59 p.m.
