Do You Have Trouble Sleeping? Study Seeks Participants
If you are an adult and have difficulty falling or staying asleep, you may be eligible for a study that examines the link between sleep and glucose metabolism. As a participant in the study, you will be asked to visit a psychology lab at the U of A for two 30-minute appointments, complete daily sleep diaries, wear an activity watch to measure your sleep patterns, wear a continuous glucose monitor for 10 consecutive days and complete a series of self-report measures. You will receive $50 for completing the study, as well as a copy of your results, if desired.
If interested in participating in this study, please complete the brief screening survey at this link. We will contact you if you are eligible.
