Construction Project to Close Part of Douglas Street Tuesday

The westbound lane of Douglas Street will be closed between Storer and Leverett avenues beginning at 7 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 27. The closure is expected to last until Tuesday, Sept. 10, and will only be closed during the daytime hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Traffic flaggers will be onsite to assist vehicles and pedestrians to safely pass through.

This closure is phase one of a multi-phase project, and additional information for next phases will be communicated soon.
