The Second Golden Cardinal has not been found, so it is time for the final clue!

Clue 3

Our poor little cardinal is getting hungry this morning as it wakes.
For some odd reason, it can't stop thinking about pancakes!
If you step on the cardinal's house, you may have to pay a toll.
Make sure you stay quiet, and don't wake the doctor while on your stroll.

This will be the final clue published for the 2024 Golden Cardinal Search, although the game will be open until 5 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 19.
