Andrea Morgan, assistant to the associate deans for the Sam M. Walton College of Business, has been named Walton College's Employee of the Fourth Quarter for the 2023-24 academic year.

The Employee of the Quarter award recognizes individuals who demonstrate exceptional customer service and performance in their roles.

Morgan helps lead the Walton College administrative assistants. She is a wealth of knowledge, always happily answering questions, welcoming newcomers to Walton and keeping communications flowing seamlessly between departments. Her nominator shared that to know Morgan is to experience her genuine warmth and ability to let others feel seen.

Any full-time Walton College staff member can be nominated by their colleagues for this award. Walton College Dean Brent Williams, associate deans and the Walton College Events Committee select the winner.
