Jonathan Smith, the accounts payable and reporting manager, will discuss several crucial year-end reports that can aid departments in understanding the specific tasks that must completed by the fiscal year-end deadlines. The session will cover:

  • Strategies for managing open commitments and obligations.
  • Leveraging year-end reports to streamline procurement activities and ensure accurate recording of all financial commitments.
  • How Accounts Payable reviews transactions during the year-end closeout period and what departments can do to ensure invoices are expensed in the appropriate fiscal year.
