Summer 2024 Outside Employment for Employees

Are you a full-time employee who plans to work outside of the university this summer? If so, please complete an Outside Employment request and a Conflict of Interest/Commitment (COI/C) disclosure on Workday.

Per UAF Policy 404.0, these forms are required for all full-time (30 hours or more) faculty and staff prior to starting employment with an entity outside of the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. Outside employment activities include teaching, research (as defined by BOT Policy 210.1), consulting, working with a foreign entity, hourly work in food service, and other instances where paid compensation is received.
