Exercise is Medicine Participant Recruitment

All students, faculty and staff are needed for a short one- to two-minute study of physical activity on campus. The Exercise is Medicine-On Campus program is in year six! We are recruiting U of A students, faculty and staff (age 18 or older) of all sizes, abilities and fitness levels.

The study will include completing a new online brief survey. Once you complete the survey, you may be invited to participate in an in-person health and fitness assessment and physical activity consultation.

Participants who choose to complete an in-person assessment will visit the Exercise Science Research Center. Our new physical activity consultations involve a review of your health and fitness assessment, along with setting personal activity goals. This session may be done in person or virtually.

Participants must be English-speaking and should not have any limitations preventing them from attempting the in-person assessments.

If you would like to participate or have any questions or concerns, please contact us at eim@uark.edu. If you are interested in completing the survey, please click on the following link: EIM Survey Link. If you completed the Exercise is Medicine survey in the past, you are welcome to complete it again.
