Last Day to Submit Nominations for GPSC 2023-2024 Awards
The Graduate-Professional Student Congress 2023-24 Awards are open and accepting nominations until Friday, April 5. The Graduate and Professional Student Congress Awards aim to acknowledge the hard work and sacrifice of graduate and professional students and those who are dedicated to the graduate and professionals at the U of A possible.
Accomplishments that qualify an individual for an award must have taken place within the "award year" defined as running from April 2 of the last year to April 1 of this year. Additionally, individuals are only eligible for one award in each category per "award year." The awards may be self-nominated/reported. Submit nominations for the following awards:
- Graduate-Professional Student Mentor Award
- Alex Marino Service Award
- Excellence in Research Award
- Outstanding Faculty of the Year Award
- Staff Ally of the Year Award
- Administration Ally of the Year Award
- Community Ally of the Year Award
- Graduate-Professional Student Congress Outreach Award
- Garret Jeter Veteran of the Year Award
- Sandra Kurjiaka Diversity and Inclusion Award
- Jaden Atkins Law Student Leadership Award
- Graduate-Professional Student Congress Leadership Award
- Graduate-Professional Student Government Service Award
- Campus Leadership Award
- Academic Prowess Award
