Afro-Caribbean Vibes March 16
The Caribbean Students Association, in partnership with the African Students Organization, presents Afro-Caribbean Vibes at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, March 16, on the Memorial Hall balcony. Join us for an enchanting evening that celebrates the intertwined cultures and cuisines of Africa and the Caribbean.
Prepare for a sensory journey where the rich flavors of African and Caribbean cuisine meet. Our event is a vibrant showcase of cultural unity, featuring culinary delights, music, dance and interactive experiences that educate and entertain. We aim to foster a sense of community, unity and cultural pride among the students at the U of A by highlighting the diversity and commonalities of African and Caribbean heritage.
Afro-Caribbean Vibes is an invitation to explore, learn and engage with the traditions and modern expressions of two dynamically diverse regions. Guests are encouraged to register upon arrival and immerse themselves in the festivities.
This event is supported by the Student Activities Fee as a funded event by the Associated Student Government and is free to all currently enrolled University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, students who pay the student activities fee.
