Join Girl Gains for a nutrition and weightlifting session night Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 6 p.m. in Champions Hall room 412. 

Did you know that nutrition can affect your weightlifting goals? If you want to learn more about the relationship between food and your gains, Girl Gains UARK will be hosting a Nutrition and Weightlifting Session Night! We invite all students to come learn about the aspects of nutrition and weightlifting. We will be talking about all things nutrition and your fitness goals! This event is open and free to all enrolled U of A students. We will be providing dinner from Tropical Smoothie Café.  

This event is supported by the Student Activities Fee as a funded event by the Associated Student Government and is free to all currently enrolled University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, students who pay the student activities fee. This event is held in a venue that meets ADA standards. Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to attend this event.
