Can't Sleep? Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia May Help
The Psychological Clinic at the U of A is offering group therapy for anyone having difficulty falling or staying asleep.
What will be involved?

The group consists of six to eight weekly sessions of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.

The group will meet Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. beginning in late March.

The program cost is $60 with a U of A ID or $75 without.

The clinic is located on the first floor of Memorial Hall.
