Can't Sleep? Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia May Help

The Psychological Clinic at the U of A is offering group therapy for anyone having difficulty falling or staying asleep.

What will be involved?​​

  • The group consists of six to eight weekly sessions of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.​​

  • The group will meet Tuesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. beginning in late March.​​

  • The program cost is $60 with a U of A ID or $75 without.​​

  • The clinic is located on the first floor of Memorial Hall.

  • Call the Psychological Clinic at (479) 575-4258.​​

  • Complete a brief phone screening.​​

  • Complete an initial in-person interview.
