Enhancements Coming to the IT Help Portal
Photo Submitted

The IT Help Portal (help.uark.edu) for reporting issues or outages, requesting services and finding support contacts, will undergo changes to provide a more user-friendly experience. Starting March 18, the portal will have new resources to help with common tech problems and questions.

Current services and information at help.uark.edu will still be available with the new portal. In addition to new resources, the portal will also have a new look and feel, including a different appearance for notification emails. IT Services will assist teams across campus to move open tickets to the new system. No action is required from the person who submitted the ticket.

Tickets can still be submitted at help.uark.edu before and after the new portal becomes available. Questions or issues can also be directed to the IT Help Desk at 479-575-2905. For questions about the new IT Help Portal contact natew@uark.edu
