U of A Speech and Debate Society Success in Dallas
The U of A Speech and Debate Society continued to perform well on the IPDA circuit after competing in Dallas Baptist University Invitational tournament Feb. 23 -25.
Students Aubree Watkins, Austin Keefe, Benjamin Shoptaw, Carter Stainton, Hadley Adkison, Jaci Sabatini, Luke Thurmon, Matthew Cook, Max Green, Megan Dial, Molly Lay, Rhea Neugenbauer and Sophie Barrentine competed and judged debates, leaving with 11 awards, including a division champion.

This weekend, the team will compete in the Union University online tournament, then shift gears to focus on preparing for the IPDA National Tournament and Convention in Mississippi this April.
