Arkansas Union Conducting Student Survey Starting Feb. 28

The Arkansas Union is seeking participants to complete its biannual benchmarking survey and wants students to let their voices be heard!

Starting Wednesday, Feb 28, and continuing through Tuesday, March 5, representatives from the Arkansas Union will hold survey completion hours in the Union Living Room, near the fireplace. Students will be asked to complete the electronic survey on the spot and will be provided snacks and a prize drawing entry for their time.

The survey, which takes about 15 minutes to complete, consists of a few dozen questions about different aspects of the Union, from dining to staff to programs held on site. There are opportunities to provide direct feedback about specific elements of the Arkansas Union, including safety & security, a sense of welcome and belonging, building hours and more. All survey results are collected anonymously.

The Union conducts this biannual survey through Skyfactor Benchworks, a leader in higher educational program assessment. Since 2004, the Arkansas Union has had students complete the survey every other year, resulting in two decades of data to help show evolving student needs, program effectiveness and other useful information.

For more information about the specific survey hours, participants may reach out to the Union Administrative Office in ARKU 634 or can connect through the Union's social media accounts (@ArkansasUnion).

The Arkasnas Union is a department wtihin the Division of Student Affairs.
