Can't Sleep? Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia May Help
The Psychological Clinic on campus at the U of A will be offering group therapy for anyone having difficulties falling or staying asleep.
What is involved?
- The group will consist of six weekly sessions of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for insomnia
- Sessions will be held Tuesday evenings from 5:30-6:30 p.m. beginning in late March
- The Psychological Clinic is located on the first floor of Memorial Hall
- Cost of the program is $60 with a U of A ID or $75 without
