Four undergraduate 2023 orientation leaders.

New Student Orientation in the Office of Admissions is now accepting applications for 2024 orientation leaders. The application deadline is at 11:59 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 22.

Orientation leaders are a carefully selected group of students whose primary responsibility is helping first-year and transfer students transition smoothly to the U of A by serving as a resource and role model for the newest members of the Razorback community.

Applications are open for current undergraduate students who have completed a minimum of 12 hours and maintain at least a 2.5 cumulative grade point average at the time of application, or by the conclusion of the spring semester, if the applicant is enrolled in their first semester.

Orientation leaders will be employees of the Office of Admissions from May through August 2024. Orientation leaders receive approximately $3,000 in hourly wages, optional on-campus housing for the duration of the program and dining dollars.

If you are passionate about the U of A, want to help new students find their place and be part of a team that makes a difference, this is the job for you.
