Camp Directors Meeting Open to All
Are you affiliated with any campus programs attended by minors? Do you coordinate summer camps, use summer housing, pay for temporary help at your youth events or conduct ongoing programs for minors? If so, this is the group for you! We discuss legal waivers, health forms, housing, dining, safety, staffing and more.
Especially if you're new to the role since 2019, this is a useful resource. Returning for our first post-pandemic gathering, the Campus Camp Directors group will meet at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 14, in the Multicultural Center's meeting space, Arkansas Union 404, to network, meet the new campus protection of minors coordinator (hrcamps@uark.edu), housing summer conferences director and UAPD community outreach officer. Bring your wisdom, experience, questions and concerns. Grab or bring your own lunch for this informal meeting, scheduled to end at 1 p.m. No RSVP needed; just join us!
