The Graduate Professional Student Congress is hosting a "sip and vent" peer support group from 1:30-3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16, in the Graduate Student Lounge in Gearhart Hall.

The event provides attendees with an opportunity to enjoy coffee and baked goods from a local coffee roastery while engaging in open discussions about various issues they may be facing.

Officially formed in 2018, the Graduate-Professional Student Congress exists to serve all graduate and professional students at the U of A by improving their lives, career and research. To best promote the interests of graduate and professional students across the university, the GPSC Assembly organizes multiple committees to focus on the various and disparate needs of its constituents. The DEI committee led the organization of this event.
