The School of Social Work, partnered with the Northwest Arkansas Continuum of Care (CoC) will be conducting the annual Point In Time Count on Jan. 26, 2024. The Point In Time Count is a national effort to count the number of people experiencing homelessness on a single night in January each year. The data collected from the count is used to inform policy and funding decisions at the local, state and federal levels.

Please be aware of this opportunity to volunteer on Friday, Jan. 26, 2024. Volunteers will be asked to canvass a designated area and count the number of people experiencing homelessness as well as conduct interviews. All who are interested are asked to complete a Volunteer Interest Survey. Please email pitcount@uark.edu for more information.
