User Solutions is seeking participants from various departments and roles to provide their insights and experiences with training and communication related to Workday processes. This feedback is phase one in their new training development process and will be the driving force behind phase two, a series of highly focused "how-to" webinars, set to launch in spring 2024.

The campaign also serves as a "peek behind the curtain" of User Solutions' new holistic development approach and the effort to shape training and communication that supports the needs of the entire campus. The series is an immersive experience that combines brand strategy with focus group interactions. During the upcoming session, participants will:

  • Prioritize the brand frameworks that will inform training and communication initiatives moving forward
  • Discuss what processes are working and areas for improvement
  • Brainstorm solutions that fit the needs of the entire campus
  • Create a holistic roadmap that will drive the user experience from start to finish
