Are You a Good Sleeper? Volunteers Needed for Research
The Sleep and Stress Research Laboratory at the U of A is examining the link between sleep and stress in adults.
Who can participate?
- Adults 21 years old and older.
- Good sleepers; individuals with NO history of difficulty falling or staying asleep.
What will I be asked to do?
- Complete an online screening to be placed in our recruitment database.
- Provide consent to be contacted if you are eligible for any of our ongoing or future studies. You may opt out at any time by sending us an email.
