The Lavender Employee Resource Group is currently seeking new members for the 2023-24 academic year. Membership is open to all staff, faculty and graduate assistants.

Employee impact groups at the U of A are recognized workplace groups led voluntarily by employees. The groups allow employees to support each other through inclusivity, workplace alignment and giving employees an opportunity share identities such as gender, ethnicity, lifestyle or other interest. The employee impact groups impact the U of A campus and community by providing cultural awareness events, mentoring opportunities for students and partnering with Northwest Arkansas employee resource groups.

To join the group and receive group updates, you can visit the Lavender Employee Resource Group HogSync Page. Membership is private and will not be listed on your account for safety and privacy reasons. You may also email Quincy Spencer at qspencer@uark.edu or Jonas Zabriskie at jezabris@uark.edu with any questions.

Are you interested in learning more about the Lavender Employee Impact Group? Do you have ideas for future events, learnings and engagements? Join the Lavender Employee Impact Group for lunch from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 31, in Arkansas Union 201! We would love to connect with you and hear your ideas for future programming and events.
