Ricoh Established as U of A's Print Mail Copy Provider

As of today, Monday, Oct. 2, Ricoh has been established as the university's preferred provider of Print-Mail-Copy Solutions.

The campus community will continue to have access to high-speed, high-quality printing options, a copy and ship center, self-service printers and more. Some of the additional benefits from the contract with Ricoh include:

  • A variety of production print capabilities including digital color, black and white, wide format, 3D sublimation, envelope, variable data, garment, promotional print and brand compliance.

  • Full-service graphic design and a web-to-print solution that enables departments to create, customize and order printed materials online.

  • Inbound and outbound mail and package management.

  • Departmental printer management, proactive toner monitoring and automatic toner ordering.

Ricoh, which was recently recognized as a 2023 Worldwide Print Transformation Leader by IDC MarketScape, has a diverse portfolio of innovative and sustainable products and services designed to address the evolving needs of businesses and higher education institutions.
