U of A Psychological Clinic Offering Group Therapy Focused on Emotions

Do you often feel like your emotions are too big or too little? Perhaps, other people have told you that you are too "emotionally sensitive" or "unemotional," which has influenced how you feel about yourself and your emotional life.

If you are interested in understanding, changing and expressing your emotions, the Experiencing, Managing, Optimizing, and Thinking about Emotions (EMOTE) group might be a good fit for you. This group will meet at the U of A Psychological Clinic once weekly on Thursdays from 5:15 - 6:30 p.m. The cost of attendance is $15 per session (12 sessions total).

If you are interested, please call the Psychological Clinic at 479-575-4256 to schedule a consultation appointment over the phone to assess eligibility for the group. We are hoping to have our first group meeting by the end of September.
