Football Season Parking Reminders
The U of A is fortunate to welcome more than 70,000 visitors for six on-campus football games this fall. To help accommodate our visitors and create the best possible game day experience, the university has designated athletics parking areas and traffic flow for football games.
Individuals who park in lots indicated in red on the football athletic map will be affected and must move their vehicle by midnight the night before home games. All student green lots as well as several faculty/staff lots and parts of certain parking garages must be vacated, so be sure to review the map to locate which lots need to be vacated and which do not. Vehicles that are not vacated by midnight on game day will be relocated and fined.
Resident reserved lots do not need to be vacated before games. Starting three hours before kickoff, a perimeter will be established around most of core campus, which only credentialed vehicles can pass through. Many resident reserved lots will be within the perimeter, so it is recommended for resident reserved permitholders to avoid trying to enter their lot during that timeframe, as police will turn away vehicles without gameday parking credentials.
Students who must move their vehicles are encouraged to use the economy lot (Lot 99 south of the main campus) and may move their vehicles back to the main campus the day after each game.
The Razorbacks will be home in Fayetteville back-to-back weeks starting this Saturday, Sept. 9, against Kent State and then next Saturday, Sept. 16, versus BYU. The Hogs will then have a four-week stretch away from The Hill before returning for an Oct. 21 match-up against Mississippi State.
Here is the full 2023 Razorback football home schedule:
Sept. 9 vs. Kent State
Sept. 16 vs. BYU
Oct. 21 vs. Mississippi State
Nov. 11 vs. Auburn
Nov. 18 vs. Florida International
Nov. 24 vs. Missouri (Game is on Friday; vehicles must be vacated Thursday night)
