Can't Sleep? Group Therapy is Being Offered at the Psychology Clinic

The Psychological Clinic at the U of A is offering group therapy for anyone having difficulty falling or staying asleep. The group will meet Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. beginning in September.

The group consists of six to eight weekly sessions of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia. The program cost is $60 with a U of A ID or $75 without. The clinic is located on the first floor of Memorial Hall.

To join, call the Psychological Clinic at 479-575-4258, complete a brief phone screening and complete an initial in-person interview.
