Fayetteville Policies and Procedures: Policy Update
The following Fayetteville Policies and Procedures have been updated:
The campus policy on inclement weather was revised to clarify that the policy could be applied to emergency situations, clarify on-site inclement weather pay for formerly classified (now non-exempt) staff, and to allow vital university operations to continue during an all-day university closure by the remote work of non-weather essential staff and graduate assistants.
Unit leaders should review the revised policy and work with their HR Partner to ensure that essential on-site weather, emergency, and event personnel are appropriately designated in Workday.
