Campus Food Pantry in Need of Food and Hygiene Products
The Jane B. Gearhart Full Circle Food Pantry serves the U of A campus community by providing food and hygiene products to those in need. They are a student-led emergency food assistance program, striving to serve clients with balanced meals.
The Full Circle Food Pantry provides students and employees with a three-day supply of groceries and personal care items, up to two times per week, for the entire household.
The pantry is currently in need of donations to stock up ahead of the re-opening on May 31. Donors can help re-stock this important resource by using the donation bins at the Center for Community Engagement in the Arkansas Union, room 241.
U of A staff can also collect donations in their individual buildings and drop off at the Center for Community Engagement by June 5.
Items to donate:
- Canned meats: chicken, tuna and Vienna sausages
- Crunchy peanut butter
- Granola bars
- Oatmeal
- Pasta
- Broth
- Laundry detergent
- Shampoo and conditioner
- Other hygiene products
- Other canned food items (with the exception of peas and green beans)
