Become a Reviewer for the Chancellor's Innovation and Collaboration Fund
The Division of Research and Innovation is accepting applications for the next Chancellor's Innovation and Collaboration Fund. We had a great number of applicants apply and are in need of five to 10 more reviewers, preferable STEM faculty if possible.
The Innovation and Collaboration Fund is one of four subsets of the Chancellor's Fund, which is designed to provide support for research, discovery and creative activity opportunities that have not been possible given the dearth of external competitive programs that support "early stage" funding of new projects and collaborations, as well as financial constraints previously faced at the university.
Reviewers are essential to the Chancellor's Innovation and Collaboration Funds. The success of the peer review process, which enables campus to make wise investments, depends on the willingness of qualified reviewers. In addition to providing a great service to campus, reviewers gain first-hand knowledge of the peer review process, learn about common problems with proposals and discover strategies to write strong proposals.
