Arkansas Dance Marathon invites students to attend our biggest event of the year, Dance Marathon 2023, from 1-9 p.m. Saturday, March 11, in the Arkansas Union Verizon Ballroom.
Arkansas Dance Marathon is an RSO that unites the U of A and the surrounding community in an impassioned effort to provide support to Arkansas Children's Northwest Hospital while inspiring patients and their families.
Students can check into the Dance Marathon starting at 12:15 p.m. Saturday, March 11, at the main entrance to the Verizon Ballroom. Students may check in at any time following 12:15 p.m., but we encourage students to attend the Dance Marathon for the entirety of the event.
At the Dance Marathon, students will learn about the ways they can get involved in helping support Arkansas Children's Northwest. Students will hear from the ACNW Volunteer Coordinator to learn about how they can volunteer at the hospital. Students will also hear from Dr. Williams, the chief medical officer at ACNW, to learn about the impact Arkansas Children's has on our local community. There will be games, dancing and more! Dinner will be provided.
This event is supported by the Student Activities Fee as a funded event by the Associated Student Government and is free to all currently enrolled University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, students who pay the student activities fee.
