Are you interested in learning more about the Lavender Employee Impact Group? Do you have ideas for future events, learnings and engagements? Join the Lavender Employee Impact Group for lunch from noon to 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 2! We would love to connect with you and hear your ideas for future programming and events. 

Employee impact groups at the U of A are recognized workplace groups led voluntarily by employees. The groups allow employees to support each other through inclusivity, workplace alignment and give employees an opportunity share identities such as gender, ethnicity, lifestyle or other interest. The employee impact groups impact the U of A campus and community by providing cultural awareness events, mentoring opportunities for students and partnering with Northwest Arkansas Employee Resource Groups.
