OEOC and HR to Host a USERRA Briefing March 3
Equal Opportunity, Compliance and Title IX and Human Resources is hosting a briefing about the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act for the campus community. Today, March 3, Morgana Schluterman, the Northwest Arkansas area chair of the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve will be conducting an online presentation about USERRA and what it means to both the uniformed service member and the employer.
The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act is a federal law establishing the rights and responsibilities for uniformed service members and their employers. This online training is sponsored by the Office of Equal Opportunity and Compliance.
