Graduate Professional Student Congress Thanks Sponsors, Donors, Volunteers of Grocery Giveaway

On Dec. 2, 2022, the U of A Graduate Professional Student Congress's first-ever Graduate and Professional Student Grocery Giveaway distributed 125 food boxes, turkeys, toiletries and necessities bags!

Special thanks to GPSC's amazing leaders and members: BGSA President Allan Braziel Hatch and the UARK Black Graduate Student Association; Nate Wallsjr, Second Helping NWA, and Pepsi; Stacy Harper and Light House Solutions; interim Vice Chancellor Angela Mosley-Monts and the Division for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Minister Monique Jones and the Squire Jehagen Outreach Center; state Sen. Greg Leding; and the outstanding and dedicated student volunteers for their commitment to the success of the Fall Graduate and Professional Student Grocery Giveaway and collectively helping to diminish the financial burdens and barriers to equity among graduate and law students at the U of A.

The Graduate and Professional Student Congress looks forward to hosting another Grocery Giveaway in the spring and hope to expand efforts to provide for more students this semester!
