100th Homecoming Queen and Seventh King Crowned Nov. 5

The Associated Student Government and Arkansas Alumni Association announced Karlie Barnett and Jason Collins as the 2022 Homecoming Queen and King and crowned them at the 2022 Homecoming football game hosted at the Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium Saturday, Nov. 5.

Barnett of Little Rock, a senior political science and history double major in the Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences, is Homecoming Queen. She was nominated by the Mental Health Awareness Organization. Escorting her on the field was the 2022 Homecoming King, Jason Collins. Collins, a senior majoring in theatre performance in the Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences, is from Russellville. He was nominated by the Inspirational Chorale. Congratulations to Barnett and Collins!

Barnett and Collins were sashed by the 2021 Homecoming King and Queen, Jack Berg and Grace Crain. Berg graduated with a B.S.B.A. degree in finance from the Sam M. Walton College of Business and is from Stilwell, Kansas. Crain graduated with a B.S.B.A. degree in marketing from the Sam M. Walton College of Business. She is from Little Rock. Assisting Berg and Crain with the crowning of the king and queen was interim Chancellor Charles Robinson.
