ASG Applications Available for Open Positions on Student Panels

Applications to serve on the Program Allocations Board and the Razorback Action Group are still available. Opportunities can be viewed and applications submitted via the Office of Student Activities HogSync page. Students should log in with a valid uark.edu email address. There is a separate application for each opportunity.

Available applications with associated deadlines are as follows:

Program Allocations Board Applications: Due at noon on Sept. 6

The Program Allocations Board oversees the allocation of the Student Activity Fee. The position is open to all students who meet co-curricular eligibility requirements. Deadline to apply is Sept. 6 at noon, and students can apply on HogSync. The student-at-large may not hold executive membership in a program that already has permanent membership on the board. The student-at-large may not submit a budget or present authorship on a budget to be considered by the board. They represent the entire student interest. Razorback Action Group Applications: Due at noon on Sept. 7

Razorback Action Group is a non-partisan lobbying organization within the Associated Student Government that advocates for student interests through legislation. Before applying, please note that RAG meets bi-weekly on Wednesdays from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m., as well as a few additional events and/or meetings. The Razorback Action Group is open to any undergraduate student who meets co-curricular requirements. Students can apply via HogSync by Wednesday, Sept. 7, at noon. If you have any questions, please email the director of external relations, Anna Margaret Burnett, at amb106@uark.edu.

The Associated Student Government at the U of A is a student-led organization that acts as an organized voice for all students and strives to effectively represent student interest.
