Fayetteville Policies and Procedures: Policy Update
The following Fayetteville Policy and Procedure has been revised:
The inventory and equipment capitalization policy has been updated to clarify departmental and property accounting responsibility for tracking, maintaining and safeguarding university equipment, according to the type and dollar value of the equipment.
The policy categorizes types of equipment that must be inventoried and where those inventories must be maintained on campus as good stewardship of state resources. The inventory covered in this policy ranges from cell phones to computers and printers, to other major pieces of equipment used on campus.
