Mock Trial Spring Formal

Undergraduate Mock Trial is hosting tryouts for the upcoming school year. Trial organizers are seeking passionate, driven individuals who are interested in trial advocacy and competition. The Undergraduate Mock Trial RSO is not limited to pre-law students, and anyone interested may try out by joining our Potential New Members GroupMe and signing up.

Undergraduate Mock Trial is a performance-based activity in which competitors simulate a trial, posing as either the prosecution/plaintiff or the defense. These rounds are based on case materials provided by the American Mock Trial Association, which includes a list of the rules of evidence, witness testimonies, exhibits and relevant case law. Each team is composed of attorneys and witnesses, all played by an individual competitor.

Members of the program travel to tournaments across the nation. They compete at some of the highest levels of competition and practice weekly. Come be a Mock Hog! Thanks and "Wooo Pig Sue Me!"
